The Business Directory Program is completely cgi driven, there are no HTML files. All the
HTML pages the user sees are created on-the-fly by the program.
The look of all your pages is controled by two HTML pages. The page_top.html and
the page_bottom.html. The program uses these pages for all the user screens,
allowing you to control the look of all the various functions for the program very simply.
